Negative: The comforter on the bed had pet hair on it. The sheets looked soiled. The towels did not smell washed and had big holes in them. The bathroom floor was not clean. There were no cups in the bathroom to rinse your mouth with. The coffee service came with just 2 packets of sweetner.

We thoroughly enjoyed having the Jefferson Inn as our "home base" while in Southern Pines. Positive: Excellent downtown location within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Very nice suite. Exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious bathroom, dual vanities. Sitting area with large TV separate from the bedroom.

Positive: Great location. Large room. Negative: AC didn’t work. Staff was not helpful.

Southern charming inn with a luxury feel perfectly placed in Downtown Southern Pines Positive: Perfectly placed in walking distance of all of the sweet southern charm of Southern Pines! We walked to yoga and smoothies next door, to dinner around the corner, to shopping all along the Main Street! Negative: Nothing! Honestly, the Inn is beautiful! I live in Charleston where this gem would be priced three times as high so I was delighted with every aspect! Easy remote check in but also a friendly face on arrival, beautiful comfortable beds with high quality linens, renovated luxury bathrooms and a separate living room- it was all such an over- delivery of expectations and a wonderful experience. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday but I was excited to see that had a lounge open later in the week and an expansive back patio for live music later in the week. I’ll be back!

Definitely will stay at the Jefferson again! Positive: Great customer service as they texted me when the room was ready and very clean! Our jr suite was very spacious! Negative: Recommend trying to get a room on the top floor as this is an old historic building with old floors so you can hear the footsteps upstairs.
