I would like to stay at the hotel again. Positive: The online aspect of check-in, service, and check-out is unusual and somewhat challenging. If service is needed, it is comforting to be able to rely on staff members who are reliably present. In our case, the staff members were present when we needed them. Negative: The hotel location in the middle of a quaint community with attractive Amtrak station just two minutes away is very appealing. The indoor and outdoor public spaces were somewhat spartan. They could be more decorative. More outdoor flowers in front and more green (trees, bushes) in back would be good.

We loved the location. We stayed right above the patio and the music was loud. Positive: Location is perfect Negative: Didn’t clean room. We had to ask for towels.

This was overall, the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel/inn or Booking.com Positive: Nothing, to be honest. Negative: I didn't like the absence of onsite desk staff and security. I didn't like having to evacuate the facility in the middle of the night due to a preventable fire. I didn't like the fact that instead of contacting me afterwards, I receive automated emails telling me that you hope I enjoyed my stay and here's how to check out. I didn't like receiving this evaluation instead of receiving a personal contact apologizing for the very uncomfortable inconvenience. At the very least, you should reimburse me for the stay.

Traveling with coworker for business, great location. Like the atmosphere. Positive: Great location. I was worried about not having a full-time staff in case something came up, but it's all good.
